Deandre Larenzo Buckson, 27, of Bero Road in Lansdowne, and Linwood Ronald Buckson, 27, of West Fairmount Avenue in west Baltimore, are accused of killing Isabel Villalobos V De Vasquez, an innocent bystander who was known for selling homemade tamales in front of the SaveMart.

The brothers were arrested Friday night and are being held without bond, announced Baltimore County police Monday.

Detectives say Deandre Buckson entered the Speedy Mart, while Linwood Buckson met a man outside for a drug transaction.

During the incident, the two struggled for the gun, causing it to discharge, according to a press release.

The other man got the gun away from Linwood Buckson and fled across the parking lot. Deandre Buckson left Speedy Mart, got another gun from a vehicle, and fired shots toward SaveMart, fatally striking De Vasquez.

Deandre Buckson is facing first-degree murder charges and his brother is charged with first-degree assault and gun possession.
