Chevy’s new safety feature will not allow teens to start car until seat belt is fastened. Chevy calls it “Buckle to Drive” a new feature that prohibits drivers from shifting out of park until their seat belt is fastened. This will be standard in 2020 Chevrolet Traverse, Malibu and Colorado.
