Artscape weekend will be hot, humid and maybe rainy

There’s an inside joke among Baltimoreans that, no matter when it’s scheduled, Artscape always falls on the hottest days of the summer.

While that may not be literally true, this weekend is forecast to be hot and potentially rainy. The forecast for Baltimore this weekend includes a high of around 95 degrees during the day Friday and a high of around 91 degrees Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.
