Foxbaltimore.com The number of drivers receiving speed camera tickets in Baltimore County is on pace to decline for a second straight year.

Police say through mid-August, 109,473 citations were issued, including 13,721 warnings.

By comparison, 180,529 citations were issued in 2015, including 678 warnings.

At that rate, Baltimore County is on pace to issue around 15,000 fewer speed camera citations than last year.
