Over the weekend, a video of several men riding through the streets of Baltimore on horses went viral on social media. The video showed the men riding down North Avenue. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake questioned whether the riding of the horses, which is illegal without proper approval in Baltimore City, was a protest to the crack down on dirt bike riding on Reisterstown Road. An investigation is underway as to who these men are and where they even got the horses!
