PARIS TERROR ATTACKS:

The hunt for those involved in the Paris terror attacks is focusing more and more on Belgium, where several of the terrorists were from — and where officials warn of more possible attacks. The subway and schools in Brussels are shut down. After a series of raids this weekend, authorities made at least 16 arrests — but still haven’t found Salah Abdeslam — the only suspected attacker known to have survived the assaults that killed 130 people.

AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS:

Singin’ in the rain: Where else can Justin Bieber get drenched in his personal on-stage rainstorm shortly after The Weekend brought down the house surrounded by flames? Why, the AMAs, of course. Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande also won big, and Taylor Swift is running out of blank spaces for her trophies.

EBOLA FALLOUT:

Scathing report: A team of global health experts said the World Health Organization seriously botched the international response to the Ebola outbreak. “The most egregious failure was by WHO in the delay in sounding the alarm,” the director of the Harvard Global Health Institute said. “The cost of the delay was enormous.” More than 11,300 people died in the last Ebola outbreak. CNN has reached out to WHO, but no response yet.
