Being given the opportunity to accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior is the best opportunity in the world. But we must enter into our relationship with Jesus knowing that salvation is a precious gift and it isn’t to be taken for granted. We are saved by grace, not any goodness of our own.
So if God has graced you, then you owe it to him and yourself to be saved – walk it, talk it, live it – and share it with someone else.
Ephesians 2:8 (KJV) – For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.
