Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
EXPLANATION:
Talking loud and saying nothing is a waste. We should be encouraging and uplifting one another up with positive words and deeds. People are constantly watching us and everything we do has an effect on others—be it positive or negative. Be careful of, and wisely choose, the words you speak.
