South Baltimore Safety Walk Honors All The City’s Murder Victims

Baltimore City has had nineteen people killed since last Monday, seven of those murders happened just this past weekend. Neighborhoods have had enough, this city has had enough, and Monday night, they took to the streets to send a message that things must change.
