The festival is an opportunity to highlight Baltimore's best and brightest in Black art, fashion, food and culture. 

The state no longer requires masks inside and outside for fully vaccinated people, but Mayor Brandon Scott said not enough people are vaccinated to drop the mask mandate. 

We're highlighting Baltimore's black businesses each and every Tuesday. Here are some places to check out this week.

Commissioner Harrison said he will review body camera footage of the shooting and Baltimore Police Department's Special Investigations Response Team (SIRT) is investigating.

However, masks will still be required in schools, on public transit and in the healthcare industry.

It happened at Stevenson Road and Janelle Drive around 4 p.m..

It happened Thursday around 9 p.m. on the 2200 block of East Biddle Street as police were searching for a vehicle suspected in multiple armed robberies. 

The only restriction remaining is the mandate to wear masks indoors at businesses.

The FBI said a ransomware group called Parkside is responsible for the attack.
