It’s been one of my most consistent tools during times of transition, grief, burnout, and uncertainty, probably since my early 20s. Putting your thoughts on paper and giving shape to emotions can be deeply therapeutic. And while journaling doesn’t solve everything, it can create space for clarity and healing.
