Allstate analyzed data related to auto insurance claims in the 200 most-populated U.S. cities to create the 2025 America’s Best Drivers Report (see full methodology at the end). First launched in 2005, this year’s report revisits collision data published a decade ago to reveal surprising shifts in driving safety across the country.
