Rapper Jay Z pulled a Beyonce and dropped an unexpected album last week (June 30) titled 4:44, where he got really personal about what’s been going on in his life since his last release.
To Karen Clark Sheard‘s surprise, one of the most revealing songs about influential business and the power of family (“Family Feud”) included a sample of The Clark Sisters’ “Ha Ya (Eternal Life).”
“Wow!” the Clark sister wrote on Instagram. “Who would’ve thought this phenomenal artist would use our songs. Thank you Jay Z & Beyonce.”
