Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller Briefs Senate Intel Committee On Capitol Hill

Wow.

We knew it was coming.

The office of special counsel Robert Mueller announced on Friday that indictments against 13 Russian nationals and three Russian entities on charges related to the Kremlin’s efforts to interfere in the 2016 Presidential election.

The indictment reveals the Russian effort to disrupt the U.S. election was even more than previously suspected. The 37 page charging document includes charges of conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud and aggravated identity theft.

It is important to note that the indictment stops short of accusing Donald Trump’s campaign officials from knowingly colluding with Russia, but for a President who still stands by his belief that Russia did not try to meddle in our election, despite having evidence from all intelligence agencies, this is very concerning.

Perhaps he will believe now.

We will definitely be following this story.
