One Mid-Michigan resident is showing a real entrepreneurial spirit in the midst of the Flint water crisis.
Anthony Arline is selling Flint City Water on eBay.
For $40 someone can take home some of the tainted water that’s made national headlines.
He lives on Flint’s east side and said he had the idea to help pay for the water he can’t drink.
Now, he wants to sell it as a way to raise money for the community.
“Pay off that bill and see what I can do next to try to help out,” Arline said. “Because there are a lot of people who, you know, are like really struggling with this problem, you know have children, really small children, could be pregnant, could be the elderly. There’s a lot of people that are stuck, are stuck, and there’s not a lot people can do.”
Arline said he got the idea to sell the water after someone sold air on eBay for $20,000.
