Baltimore City Police are investigating the shooting death of a 13-year-old boy, who was found laying in the street at Hollins Ferry Road and Patapsco Avenue
Police say they were flagged down about someone laying in the street just before 9:30pm on Halloween.
The teen was taken to Shock Trauma Center where he was pronounced dead.
