Chick-fil-A is America’s favorite fast food chain for a reason. A new report claims the restaurant also has the best customer service.
Sonic Drive-In came in second on list and Arby’s came in third.
Newsweek and Statista based their analysis on more than 130,000 customer evaluations, using information from categories like quality communication, technical competence, customer focus, and accessibility.
Good customer service has apparently always been part of their brand. A quote from the chain’s founder, S. Truett Cathy, is displayed proudly on their website. It states, “We should be about more than just selling chicken. We should be a part of our customers’ lives and the communities in which we serve.”
