Two men were killed Tuesday afternoon bringing Baltimore’s homicide rate already to two for the first day of the new year 2019. A 28-year-old man was killed in Southwest Baltimore, and another in Northeast Baltimore. Homicides in 2018 totaled 309, another year with over 300 homicides in our city. Pray for our city.
