7 Wellness Destinations That Give The White Lotus Travel Energy

The White Lotus is ready to check out for another season. After seven days of ashy tomfoolery in Thailand, we will finally learn who let the chopper sing at the wellness resort, threatening our good sis Belinda and her baby boy Zion on Sunday night. 

Naturally, we are rooting for everybody Black, and we want them to make their way back to the airport safe and sound.

The beloved HBO series is slightly stressful but is also eye candy. Its beautiful Four Seasons locations and intensive spa treatments are enchanting. There’s just something about watching a bunch of messy white women bicker with each other over criminals while ducking the sun that seems relaxing. Mike White’s dialogue might be dark, but the sound bowls and the herb soaks at the kind of properties he imagines are far from it.

4. Copacabana Palace Spa – Rio, Brazil 

The legendary hotel behind the catchy song has an impressive selection of wellness therapies. They are all designed to maximize the benefits of Brazil’s natural resources. Think Amazonian clay, guarana fruits, and powerful mineral salts. A few hours at the spa here and you will understand why it’s stood the test of time. 

5. Cascada – Alberta Arts District, Portland 

Arriving at a White Lotus involves leaving the US but we don’t passport shame at HB. We want all of our beautiful ones to enjoy themselves. This immersive wellness sanctuary has therapeutic hot springs. Their conservatory is 82 degrees all year long and features rare flora from around the globe.
