I get it. I get you. You know why? Cause we are the same. Everyone has asked this question at one time or another – when is it going to my turn? My turn to be happy? My turn to win? My turn to succeed? My turn to get paid? My turn to get married? My turn to have kids? My turn to get promote? The list goes on and on and on.
Well the Bible says it all – no worries – don’t be weary in doing well, because due season is coming. Now what due season looks like for you or for the next person is also not to be your worry. God is control and allows things to be. Your job is to not faint. Keep working. An old spiritual says this, keep your hand on the plow…and hold on. Your job is to hold on. God’s got blessings for you and some of them are stored up until his time. I’m telling you when you wait for your time you experience joy unspeakable.
So don’t get weary…wait on the Lord. Because when he does it, no one can take what he’s done away from you.
Galatians 6:9 (KJV) – And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
