Commissioner Harrison said he will review body camera footage of the shooting and Baltimore Police Department's Special Investigations Response Team (SIRT) is investigating.

However, masks will still be required in schools, on public transit and in the healthcare industry.

It happened at Stevenson Road and Janelle Drive around 4 p.m..

It happened Thursday around 9 p.m. on the 2200 block of East Biddle Street as police were searching for a vehicle suspected in multiple armed robberies. 

The only restriction remaining is the mandate to wear masks indoors at businesses.

The FBI said a ransomware group called Parkside is responsible for the attack. 

Three people are dead and a child is currently in the hospital after a domestic-related shooting in Anne Arundel County.
