Emil King is an analyst with the District of Columbia Department of Energy & Environment. He works on a variety of clean energy issues, with a focus on helping homeowners, businesses, and institutions become cleaner, greener, and more efficient. Emil is also a proud alum of Hampton University.
Katya Botwinick is an Energy Program Specialist with the District of Columbia Department of Energy & Environment. She leads outreach and community engagement for the Solar for All program and supports the District’s climate initiatives.
